GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TRANSITION TEAM PURPOSE

The Board of Directors has approved sweeping changes to how Tri-State will do business and interact with our Members on delivery point facility ownership, operation and maintenance. These changes are included in Policy No. 109/110, as adopted by the Board, which requires Tri-State to acquire a significant amount of existing Member owned equipment and increases Tri-State's responsibilities at new delivery points. o Must be NERC-certified (Reliability Coordinator (RC) preferred, Transmission Operator (TO) acceptable) and maintain certification by obtaining required continuing education hours.
